To use the font encoder, perform the following steps:

  1. Enter the data that is to be encoded in the section titled "Data to Encode".
  2. Choose the correct button for the desired barcode type.
  3. Highlight all text in the "Encoded Text" box and copy it to the clipboard. This is easily accomplished by placing the cursor in the box, pressing CTRL-A (to select all) and then CTRL-C (to copy to the clipboard). MAC users must use Apple-A and Apple-C.
  4. In the document, choose the appropriate barcode font and then choose the paste option by pressing CTRL-V. MAC users may press Apple-V.
